Who actually shows up to do the work?
Aaron, and his crew. He is not a salesman who hands your project to whoever is available. He frames, welds, runs the excavator, and sets tile himself. That is the whole reason one crew can carry a project start to finish.
How do estimates work?
Free, and in writing. Smaller jobs we can often price from photos and a phone call. Anything larger gets an on-site look. You can pick the time yourself on the calendar on this site.
What areas do you cover?
Vallecito and Bayfield are home base, and we work throughout La Plata County including Durango, Ignacio, Gem Village, and Forest Lakes. If you are a little outside that, ask anyway.
Will the price change once you start?
Not unless the scope changes and you approve it in writing first. If we open a wall and find something nobody could have known about, you get a written change order with a number before we go further, never a surprise on the final invoice.

Sometimes, and it depends on the season and where you are. The honest answer is that a half-day of work gets scheduled faster than a one-hour stop, so it pays to save up a list.
