Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Unless stated otherwise, an estimate is valid for 30 days and is based on conditions visible at the time it was prepared. Anything found behind a wall, under grade, or otherwise concealed will be quoted as a written change order before we proceed.

Scheduling

A site visit requested on this site is confirmed once we set the day with you by phone or text, and a calendar invite follows. Need a different day? Call (385) 867-9121 or reply to your confirmation email. You can cancel from the link in that email. Weather and ground conditions can move outdoor work; we will tell you as soon as we know.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your estimate and invoice. Projects above a threshold noted in your estimate run on a deposit and progress-payment schedule. Invoices are due on the terms printed on them.

Warranty

Labor carries a one-year workmanship warranty from completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, weather events, or work performed by others.
