A massive interior concrete planter removed without filling the house with dust: taped floor-to-ceiling, demoed, hauled, and cleaned.
Interior demolition is a dust problem before it is a demolition problem. Get that wrong and you are cleaning drywall dust out of a client’s HVAC for a month.
This one was a massive concrete planter, plus a smaller one bordering the wall. Taped off ceiling to floor first to keep the dust where it belonged, then demo, then load and haul, then the part nobody photographs, the final clean-up.
